Kids and parents are invited to join Allison for a fun, interactive virtual yoga time of breathing, stretching, games, partner poses with siblings, or mom and dad, using songs, stories and art. No experience necessary.
Geared for 4 - 7+ years - all ages welcome. Free for siblings.
