Kids and parents are invited to join Allison to explore these fun themes in this interactive yoga time learning poses and vinyasa, breathing/mindfulness meditation, stretching, games, partner poses with siblings, or mom, dad, grandparents, using songs, stories and art. No experience necessary. Geared for 4 - 7 - all ages are welcome. Siblings FREE! Highly Recommended one adult assist and or participate with younger kids.
