This purchase is for one class in Fall YogAmi-Kids & Family with Ms Allison: Outdoor Class weather permitting (or online via ZOOM).
Kids and parents (optional) are invited to join Allison to explore these fun themes in this interactive yoga time learning poses and vinyasa, breathing/mindfulness meditation, stretching, games, partner poses with siblings, or mom, dad, grandparents, using songs, stories and art. No experience necessary. Geared for 4 - 7+ - all ages are welcome. Highly Recommended one adult assist and or participate with younger kids.
