This purchase is for the Fall 3 Class Series of YogAmi-Kids & Family Yoga with Ms Allison:
3rd Saturdays Series once a month outside (or online via Zoom if rainy.) This series includes the following dates and will hold your reservation.

Kids and parents (optional) are invited to join Allison to explore the season through fun themes in this interactive yoga time learning poses and vinyasa, breathing/mindfulness meditation, stretching, games, partner poses with siblings, or mom, dad, grandparents, using songs, stories and art. No experience necessary. Geared for 4 - 7+ - all ages are welcome! Highly Recommended one adult assist and or participate with younger kids.
