3rd Saturday Series - YogAmi for Tweens (Ages 8 - 12+)

Young yogi’s stretch their bodies, minds and imaginations learning fun poses that energize and calm progressing toward more challenging postures over time that increase focus, flexibility and strength while releasing tension. Music, stories, group games, and family partner poses etc. are integrated for enhancing social interactions, creativity, and confidence. Quiet meditation, relaxation, and heart centered mindfulness principles guide our journey providing an enriching and educational experience nurturing each student toward self awareness based on learning about themselves in a caring environment.
