BABY MUSIC CLASSES
Songs, Finger-plays, Lullabies, Introduction to Musical Instruments, Developmental Movement, Stories and
Infant Massage.
Being with Baby Music & Massage
Ages 0 - 12 months/pre-walking
In a soothing atmosphere of music and color, babies up to 12 months with a parent/caregiver will enjoy; singing songs, lullabies and fingerplays using musical instruments and puppets, learning gentle movement exercises and simple yoga, both for you and your baby, playing with balls, dancing and discussion, all geared toward the developmental needs of your baby enhancing playtime at home while making new friends. This class will also provide an introduction to infant massage.
Ages 0 - 12 months/pre-walking

Ages 12-18 mos, 19-24 mos, & 2-4, 2 - 6
A delightfully interactive and energetic class presented in a loving atmosphere of learning and joy. Young children explore songs, music, movement, games, dancing, stories, simple art projects and dramatic play stimulating development and social skills while sparking imaginations and encouraging creativity. Themes that are fun and educational are explored through age appropriate activities which incorporate puppets, parachutes, balls, books, musical instruments and more! Providing individual attention to address children’s emotional needs these special classes are also a great way to prepare your youngster for preschool.
Families /Schools receive a new class CD of traditional and original songs by Allison each session.

Young children explore singing songs, musical concepts with a variety of instruments, rhythms, listening games and creative movement activities stimulating development and innate musical response. Stories and simple art projects illustrate fun themes each week. This class incorporates engaging age appropriate props and encourages children of all ages to interact together and at their own pace while learning from each other in a positive and playful ways promoting self expression, growth and family fun. Children can be accompanied by more than one adult, all family members welcome.
Families /Schools receive a CD of class songs each session. Children under 12 months free with a registered sibling

Ages 3.5 - 5 years / 4 - 6 years
A music and movement class that explores the fundamentals of music in creative and dynamic ways. Drawing upon Dalcroze methods, this class channels the vocal and physical energy of preschoolers using singing, dancing, games, instruments and stories to express your child's musical self while learning about basic concepts including rhythm, tempo, dynamics, scales, solfedge and more. Families/Schools receive a CD of class songs each session.
Ages 3.5 - 5 years / 4 - 6 years

Happy hands will discover the process and sensations of painting, collage, mixed media, clay and more working with fun tools and 3-dimensional materials, while learning about concepts, shape, color, and texture etc. - older children delving further into drawing. composition and experimentation. This class incorporates thematic projects, songs, play dough play and stories. Children take home a masterpiece each week!

YogAmi/Kids Yoga combines a creative, multi-arts approach to learning poses in playful ways with songs, stories, games, and even simple crafts, providing an enriching experience for the development of the whole child. Classes are designed around children’s natural curiosities and exploration. Students learn yoga through imaginative play, social interaction, and repetition while releasing energy, improving motor skills, building strength and increasing attention span promoting healthy fun and friendships. Educational elements and yoga principles are threaded through themes each week. Simple breath exercises will introduce children to the power of quiet time - often a busy child's favorite part of class!
